lornaveti products are available for delivery within Australia only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Fees
Enjoy free shipping on orders of AUD 120.99 or more.
Orders under AUD 120.99 incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 12.99.

3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our service hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or Australian public holidays.

4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

5. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

6. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted Australian carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex Australia, and Sendle.
