How do I place an order?
Choose your items, add them to your cart, check your details, and complete the payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order immediately. -
Can I change an order I’ve already placed?
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once the order is prepared or shipped, changes are no longer possible. -

It’s easy! Go to the “Order Tracking” page on our website or click the link in your shipping confirmation email. -

We currently ship only within Australia. -
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. -
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders of AUD 120.99 or more. For orders under AUD 120.99, shipping costs AUD 10.99. The final amount will be displayed at checkout. -
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been processed within 48 hours of purchase. If it’s already in preparation, you can refuse the delivery or return the product after receiving it. -
How do I return or exchange an item?
Send us your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and a few photos of the product. We’ll guide you step by step through the process. -
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed via your original payment method and usually take 1–3 business days. -
