If approved, we will provide return instructions. Please use the return shipping label included in your original package to send the item back.

After approval and receipt of the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement within 1–3 business days.

After approval, refunds are processed promptly and typically appear within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the product is faulty or does not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees, we will cover return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
